All poster presenters, including those giving short talks in Concurrent Sessions, are requested to submit
an e-Poster and bring a printed poster (except for online-only presenters).
The poster for posting on-site should be printed by your own and the required poster size is one fits in
the poster board of 900 mm (width) x 1200 mm (height).
Posters will be divided into two groups: odd-numbered and even-numbered, and will be replaced during the
meeting.
Odd-numbered posters must be displayed on Day 1. Poster discussions will be held on Day 2 from 18:00 to
20:00. Please remove the posters after the discussion time (from 20:00).
Even-numbered posters must be displayed in the morning of Day 3. Poster discussion will be held on Day 3
from 18:00 to 20:00. Posters must be removed in the afternoon of Day 4.
The poster discussion time is further divided into two slots. Posters having their numbers printed on
blue paper should be discussed from 18:00-19:00, and posters having their numbers printed on orange
paper should be discussed from 19:00-20:00.
Any remaining posters will be removed by the organizer and kept at the registration desk until Day 5.
Please present your name tag to pick up your poster. Any posters left after the conference will be
disposed of by the organizer.
The e-poster should be prepared as a single-page JPEG or PNG file of no more than 10 MB in size. Due to the system requirements, other formats are not acceptable. Please make sure that the resolution is fine enough to see necessary details. The poster number, title, and author names should be included at the top of the poster image. All e-posters will be accessible during the conference period by the participants through the online program.

logged in successfully, you can upload your e-poster file. Be sure to complete uploading by May 29, 2023

Participants can leave their comments to the “comment” box in each presentation window until June 9, 2023. Presenters are requested to reply to the comments on the online program.
