Definition of Classification:
Regular: Academic staff with more than 10-year research career after finishing full-time education.
ECP: Early Career Professionals (ECPs) are within 10 years of finishing full-time education.

In-person Participation Registration fees include: access to all conference sessions, conference materials, daily coffee breaks, and welcome reception.
Online Participation Registration fees include: electronic access to all conference sessions and conference materials.

* Please note that the bank account No. will be unique to each participant. Therefore, please find your bank account No. on the procedure page of your My Page and complete the payment individually.
* A bank transfer must be made in full amount without any deductions for bank charges. All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
* Please check the remitter’s name. It must be the same with the registrant’s one.

After the payment of registration fee is completed, you cannot change nor cancel your registration status online.
For change or cancellation of your registration, please contact ICAR2023 Registration desk by e-mail (icar2023-rgst@or.knt.co.jp) with your name and registration number (A*****).
The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Mon - Fri 10:00-17:00 [JST] except national holidays). After working hours, cancellation will be made on the next working day, which may incur charges.
Kindly note that ICAR2023 Registration desk will be closed on dates below due to the National Holidays in Japan.
